Undral Gombodorj is the Director of the Democracy Education Center (DEMO), a Mongolian NGO. Undral holds a Master's degree in Economics from the Institute of Economics, Prague, Czech Republic. She is a certified trainer, facilitator, mentor, researcher, and author of numerous publications in NGO management, social accountability and governance.

In 2012, Undral initiated and launched the Check My Service initiative which aims to assess the transparency of state organizations and delivery of public services. Since its start and to date, DEMO has assessed 101 public performances such as Check My OGP, Check My Parliament, Check My Hospital, Check My School, Check My Water Well, Waste Disposal, Street Lights, etc. In January 2018 there was launched the Check My Service mobile application which allows citizens to send their complaints regarding public services and receive feedback on its solution from the authorities in charge. Check My Service initiative received an OGP Honor Award at OGP Global Summit in Paris in December 2016.

Apart from the DEMO, Undral is the Chair of the Network of Mongolian Volunteer Organizations (NMVO).
