Programme Advisor for Transparency, Accountability, and Anti-Corruption
Mrs. Elodie Beth is Programme Advisor in the Governance and Peacebuilding Team in UNDP Bangkok Regional Hub. She provides advice to governments, national partners and UNDP country offices in Asia-Pacific in their efforts to promote transparency, accountability, anti-corruption and the rule of law.
Mrs. Beth Seo has experience providing policy advice in the context of various international organisations, including UNDP, UNODC and OECD. Prior to joining UNDP, Mrs. Beth had been working at the Organisation for Economic Cooperation and Development for ten years as Head of Unit in the Public Governance and Territorial Development Directorate.

In her capacity as UNODC Anti-corruption Advisor in Jordan, she provided technical assistance to the government in implementing the United Nations Convention Against Corruption. She was based in the Anti-corruption Commission. Mrs. Beth is the author of several publications on issues of governance, anti-corruption and the rule of law. Most recently she led the development of the publication A Transparent and Accountable Judiciary to Deliver Justice for All.

Ms. Beth also worked for a consulting firm organising strategic expeditions for high-level European executives in North America to disseminate good management practices from private and public organisations. She also has experience in the Prime Minister’s office in France as part of the Inter-ministerial Delegation for State Reform.

Ms. Beth holds a Masters in Public Management from the Institute of Political Science in France.
