Damian Carmichael has 25 years of public sector experience in policy and service delivery. Damian’s expertise is in the areas of leadership, strategy development, change management, process redesign, and team building for high performance gained through successfully leading large scale public sector operations in high risk environments. He is adept at envisioning strategy and translating this into real action that builds sustainable performance. Damian currently leads the development of the OGP National Action Plans for Australia.
