This session aims to showcase good practices, innovations, and challenges of open government reforms at the subnational level in the Asia-Pacific region. In the panel discussion local government officials, civil society representatives, and local government network leaders will discuss their experiences, views and challenges to open government reforms at the subnational level within the Asia-Pacific region.
