#CivicTechAsia: Using Civic Technologies for Governance Innovation

Sign up or log in to save this to your schedule, view media, leave feedback and see who's attending!

In this session, we will take a look at how governments, civil society, and development partners have supported the development and implementation of civic technology projects designed to better engage citizens in governance, and whether these efforts have resulted or not in improving the way that business is done in government, especially in delivering quality public goods and services. After a technology launch and demonstration, a fishbowl session with high-level panelists will follow. The panel is designed to be a cross-country peer-learning discussion where representatives from different organizations shall be sharing success stories, as well as, lessons and challenges they faced in implementing such initiatives.
