Development of tools and metrics that are designed to measure policy performance can lead to better policy making. However, such effort creates added complexities especially in the context of open and digital government. For instance, when good governance is evaluated, how could we accurately and objectively measure good governance in a more open and digital environment?

Speakers will share their expertise on challenges and successes they have encountered in their efforts to measure government performance during the transformation toward more open and digital government. With the help of these measurements, they further delve into how such transformation becomes an asset for monitoring and improving public policies.
