Badamragchaa (Badmaa) Purevdorj works as a Justice Program Manager at the Open Society Forum in Mongolia. Badmaa joined the Forum freshly out of the Law School of the National University of Mongolia in 2002. In 2008 after completing her graduate study in the USA, Badmaa has re-joined the Forum to oversee the legal reform and human right projects under the Governance Program. She has coordinated the Mongolian human right NGOs to effectively utilize the international human rights mechanisms such as UPR process.Badmaa has been engaged in the justice sector reform process by actively advocating for national legal aid mechanism and development of the policy blueprints of ongoing Judicial and Criminal Justice Reforms in Mongolia. Alongside justice sector programs, Badmaa. She also manages programs and initiatives related to Freedom of Information at the Open Society Forum. Badmaa Purevdorj has graduated Law School at National University of Mongolia with BA in international law and received her LL.M. from Graduate Program for Intercultural Human Rights at the St. Thomas University, USA.
